The Islamic Circle of Southern Africa (ICSA) is a non-profit, grassroots organization dedicated to community service, outreach, and humanitarian aid. Established to uphold the teachings of Islam, we strive to build a society rooted in compassion, inclusivity, and service to those in need.

Through healthcare initiatives, food distribution, education programs, and social empowerment projects, ICSA works tirelessly to uplift disadvantaged communities across South Africa.

Cataract Project

Over 12,000 free cataract surgeries have been performed, restoring vision to the most vulnerable. Our Mobile Cataract Unit ensures that people in remote areas can receive life-changing treatment.

Free Healthcare for Vulnerable Communities

ICSA Health Clinic

Our ICSA/IMA Health Clinic has provided over 3,000 free medical checkups, offering eye care and general health services to underserved areas since 2019.

Providing Meals to Those in Need

Feed-the-Hungry Project

Hunger is a daily struggle for many. Through our food distribution programs, we provide meals, food hampers, and essential nutrition to communities in Johannesburg, Eastern Cape, and KZN.
