We are a non-profit, grassroots outreach and social service organization based in Johannesburg. Guided by the teachings of the Qur’an and the Sunnah, ICSA is committed to serving humanity through impactful initiatives such as free cataract surgeries, food and clothing distribution, youth empowerment, and women's upliftment. Welcoming people of all backgrounds, ICSA fosters unity, compassion, and community development across South Africa.
